During the colder months, we offer pool-swimming classes for adults. All are welcome.

Our members swim classes are specifically designed to cater to those who want to learn how to swim or improve their swimming skills. Our experienced and certified swim teachers and coaches are dedicated to helping each of our members achieve their goals, regardless of their ability level.

We welcome swimmers of all levels, from beginners to experienced swimmers, and offer training for various goals, including fitness, open water swimming, and triathlons.

Our pool has five lanes available, providing swimmers with the opportunity to swim alongside others of similar ability, helping and encouraging each other under the watchful eye of our head coach, Rachel Mulcahy. Rachel and her team provide a comprehensive schedule for each session to ensure that all swimmers receive personalized instruction to help them reach their goals.
